happy national day singapore!!jihah called me asking whether i wanna go watch the firewerks.initiallie i was lyke "tak mau lar"..i plan to slack at home watching the ndp parade on teevee..but i finallie dragged my arse out of the house to meet jihah at tamp mrt station..we realised that we were the few who werent dressed in red or white...getting off at city hall mrt,there were tons and tons of people.everywhere we went;was literallie filled with people...managed to get a new bottom at topman..we then decided to head towards the padang coz it seemed almost impossible to get ourselves towards esplanade..padang was also hopeless coz every inch of it was filled with people and cute white/red umbrellas...when the sun shine,we shine together..under my umbrella..ella..ella..eh..eh....thats was me being lame..wakaka..anyway we decided to walk down the mouth of spore river and towards one fullerton..got souveniors summore..they were giving out caps and flags..at this point was feeling veri claustrophobic already..so many many people....we managed to park ourselves among the people at one fullerton but then we decided to give up the idea and head home to watch the parade on teevee..not forgetting the fighting makciks,so amusing..wakaka...the screaming,the negotiating with police officers...as we were walking towards raffles place mrt.we spotted people walking up this road..being the follower we usuallie are..we followed this people to an open field,just opposite the ndp area..lyke super kewl...so we sat down..before deciding to go lau pa sat for dinner and watch the march past of parade contingents on teevee...when we got back to the field..it was freaking packed already..the firewerks were WONDERFUL! more pictures here

on the eve of ndp,the ns-guys met up for a bbq at pasir ris park.. the night filled with lots of food.drinks(both alcoholic and not)and great company..
